Why we started KhayaalSe
Assalam-o-Alaikum,
For years our phones carried the same kind of message from family abroad. A cousin asking if someone could visit her father’s grave before Eid. An aunt hoping to arrange a deg for her mother’s barsi. We always said yes, and we always sent photographs, so they could see it had been done.
KhayaalSe is that favour, made dependable. Every request comes to one of us first. We treat it as an amanah, and we do it the way we would for our own parents.

Step 2: Send us your request
Fill in the details once and press send. WhatsApp opens with your message already written.
Step 3: We take it from there
One of us replies personally, confirms the date and price, and our team carries it out in Lahore.
Step 4: You see it done
Photographs, and video where included, reach you privately on WhatsApp.

How do I book?
Choose a grave-care or Niyaz package, fill in the details and review your order summary. When you press “Send Order Request on WhatsApp”, your request is saved and WhatsApp opens with a message already written for you. We reply to confirm availability, the price and the next steps before any work begins.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I send the request?
Not yet. Every request is reviewed personally. Your order is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you on WhatsApp.
What evidence will I receive?
Every grave-care package includes photographs of the completed work. Standard, Premium and our care plans also include video, and Premium includes a live video call from the graveside. Once the service is complete, we share the photographs and video with you privately on WhatsApp.
What if I don’t know exactly where the grave is?
Share whatever you know, such as the graveyard, block, nearby landmarks or a family contact. You can add our grave-location search (PKR 3,500) to any grave-care package. We will keep you updated and will not carry out the service until we are confident we have the right grave.
